Review on 💎 Diamond Brite Paint 11050 1-Gallon High Hiding White Flat Latex Paint: Premium Quality for Exceptional Coverage by Mick Ohlrogge

Firstly I'm not sure why there are negative reviews for this Diamond Brite Dove Grey. This was my first time using this brand and was pleased to find one on such a budget. The room I used it in hadn't had a coat of paint in over 30 years so I primed the walls first and it took 2 coats of paint to fully cover it as there was so much time between coats. When I started this job I knew that even if I bought 35 gallons of paint, 1 coat wouldn't work. Yes, the first coat didn't cover it completely, but the second coat did. When I first opened the paint, which had been sitting in my house for over a week since it was delivered before using it, I found that stirring the paint was easy. There wasn't a thick slurry at the bottom to squirt into the paint, it just took a few minutes of good agitation to mix the paint well and it was ready to use. It laid down smooth and even, not too thick and not too thin. My problem was that due to being on a budget I bought a cheap roller and covers that I know I won't be making again. If you have any doubts about buying this color I have to tell you to buy it. It has very little odor, is easy to apply and dries quickly. My only downside to the color is the colour, not that it's wrong but I thought it was a little darker, maybe I was thinking dove instead of dove lol. I've included a photo of a sheet of carbon paper hanging on the wall to give you an idea of what shade of gray it dries out. Now I will be a regular customer of Diamond Brite colors - one room down and 6 more! rzunimag. Oh, and by the way, I used Diamond Brite White ceiling paint and it worked just as well!
