Now that I've found this pillow I can look back and see where Tempurpedic (actual brand) was too hard for me and may have caused the neck pain that was feeding my migraines . I tried the hotel brand's pillows after a positive hotel experience (none of these are used in the hotel, but good pillows are just fine with the same materials as the hotel). I found pillows that were good for a minute and then just didn't last. What bribed me was the manufacturer's video and a short real-time online chat with customer service. I don't have any pictures that will give you more information than what everyone else has shown. What I really like, which some people might not like, is that the sides of the pillow are still high enough to lightly touch my cheeks in the morning. I wanted fluff, but not fluff. My husband had major throat surgery and three years later he decided within 20 minutes it wasn't for him. As long as the pillow holds up as it seems, I don't care if I have to buy a new one every year. My head wakes up happy. This alone gives me hope for a better life as I have already used up all my sick days plus another six months or more off work due to the horrible migraines I suffer from every day. I found another pillow that was on the run but this was the last one I tried somewhat reluctantly, easily spending $500 to find it. The company offers a 100-day trial period with free returns if you don't like it. I felt the game was worth it. I call it my lucky pillow! One of the 'discarded' pillows is returned and the rest I use for reading, under my knees (perfect use for my tempurpedia!), and I religiously only use this pillow for sleeping at the moment when it's wearing out too quickly. I spend more time on my bed than I'd like, so it's become a "thing" I've done over the years. It's worth noting that these (and my other best finds) pillows really love fluff. The enclosed brochure even shows you how! So if you have one and it seems to be hanging down (pun intended), grab the opposite corners, push in and out, and put some oxygen in there (repeat with other corners). I feel like this company really cares and that makes me feel safe. I have a bad headache and it hurts every day. From now on, Casper is my friend. If they really are the company they appear to be, then I can sleep soundly.
