Only works in principle. The composite signal from the Vic-20 computer gave the wrong interlaced signal. Maybe the deinrrlacer will flip the fields. See attached photo. The buttons are mislabeled and the PIP button is actually a mode button. The mode resets on power cycle, requiring you to press the button 10-12 times to revert to your monitor's native resolution. Maybe it's for a VGA CRT screen and not an LCD, or it's expecting a moving picture and not a static picture. Not suitable for widescreen monitors. There is an aspect ratio button, but it only compresses the vertical size of the image. When used on a widescreen VGA monitor, the 4:3 signal is stretched to the full width of the screen. I'll undo that and try another solution.
