My Roomba slightly flooded in my basement and appeared dead. When I turned the Roomba on, there was no light on the charger and it wasn't charging. I thought I killed him. Somehow I got the idea to buy this charger to see if it's enough to power the Roomba for troubleshooting. Wow, that solved all my problems! During the flood only the charger burned out. Not the rumba itself. Small price compared to diagnostic repair or replacement! So if in doubt (the green light doesn't flash when the Roomba is placed on the base) I'd buy this one first to see if it's charger related.
