This slicer was a complete waste of money. Despite being marketed as "adjustable," it barely worked at all. The blade wasn't sharp enough to cut through some of the harder vegetables I was trying to slice, and the thickness adjustments were a joke. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can say without hesitation that this is one of the worst home and kitchen gadgets I've ever purchased. The only pro is that it looks nice on my countertop, but that's hardly enough to justify the price.
