So I'm using my laptop and started filing taxes for myself and my kids when of course I got the screen flicker disease. I tried my best and nothing worked. So I needed something portable that I could connect to my laptop so I could fill out my tax returns. I didn't want to spend a lot of money because I knew that sooner or later I would be replacing my laptop. However, I wanted something decent and it fit the bill. That's why I bought it. When it arrived it was easy to use and worked well. It's so nice that I could finish what I wanted and not have to run for a new laptop. It's a matte finish and I know a lot of people like it because it prevents glare. So if you like a glossy screen, you know it. Better than I expected given the price. Nice
