The construction of the Osh-Kosh is usually reliable so there were no concerns and the jacket feels warm. It would also be advisable to have reflectors on clothing to be more visible in the dark. I would say that the sleeves are not tapered or shortened in girth to allow for the forearms to freeze in winter. This was the only reason for returning. Otherwise we would have kept it. Overall a good jacket.
