Review on Sistema Microwave Noodle Bowl | Red 31.7 Oz Noodle Bowl from the Microwave Collection by Rebecca Carter

Yes, I know - this is a *awesome* bowl for reheating cans of soup, making ramen noodles, reheating leftovers, etc. Ha! I found another use and can't believe I didn't think of it sooner (I'm sure everyone around you is saying: well, I've been making this for ages! :-) Anyway, it's oatmeal! My son likes it when I make instant milk, but the milk always overcooks in the microwave. If I reheated it in a pot, it would be a pain to clean the pot afterwards. So I put instant oatmeal in the "system", added about 2/3 cup milk, mixed and let sit for 2-3 minutes. Cover with a lid, microwave for a minute and voila! Perfect oatmeal, they *didn't* overcook and I didn't have to wash a separate cup or pot (just remember to open the steam valve). 3* packets of oatmeal, just over 1 1/2 cups of milk, and it hasn't cooked *yet*. Made my mornings so much easier. I can't believe it took me so long to think about this! TL;DR Oatmeal with milk - it works! :-)
