Bug Update - Reptiles and Amphibians

*UPDATE* I originally gave this purchase a one star rating. However, the company has excelled in customer service. After hearing about my issues, the company did everything possible to fix my device first with troubleshooting instructions and then replace the entire device. We will definitely be buying from here again knowing they stand behind their products 100%. There was no troubleshooting guide. We've had this thermostat for 3 months and only recently has it started showing an error message. I have no idea how to solve the problem.
