Revain accidentally sent me a Refrigeration Thermostat Regulator instead of a Thermoregulator. But Century Products solved my problem very quickly (I emailed them around midnight and got a response within an hour!) They shipped me the right product the next day! The product works as intended with no complaints, I use it on my leopard gecko and would recommend it to anyone looking for a thermostat for their reptile.

If you use any heating element for your pet and this product does not have a readable thermostat. buy these! Crucially, these heating elements are unreliable and can overheat your animals. The thermostat is supposed to switch off when the temperature reaches a certain value. I set the thermostat to 84 degrees. However, during the first two days, the temperature on the digital display reached 86 degrees, and the device itself did not turn off. However, the temp never went above 86 degrees, so I kept it as the device reads the temp and it doesn't get too hot (my snake lives in 75-85 degrees). I have had this product for a week now and am using it on my large snake. It will not heat up to the desired temperature and will continue to give an error code. bought 3 of these. everything works fine after two months, no problems. Controls the temperature of our heating tape well. For those wondering, there's a 2-degree turn-off delay. We set it to 92, so it starts at 92.1 and then restarts at 89.9. Just a note for those who couldn't find this specification.
