These controllers are great! I have a leopard gecko and ordered the first thermostat for her heat mat. I bought her in the summer and didn't have to worry about the temperature of her tank because she was already warm. I was hesitant to turn on their heating for fear of overheating or a possible fire. She began crawling less out of her warm skin and her appetite diminished. When I noticed this, I immediately ordered a second thermostat for her heating. She is much happier and her appetite has returned to normal. Good product! I wanted to buy one from our local vivarium but it was $60 so I ordered mine here for less than $20! Also, I lost power due to a power outage and the temperature controls are back to the same temperature they were set to, which is great because my gecko hasn't overheated. Very easy to use! I had trouble connecting the light to the socket on the controller, I could only plug it in when the controller was not plugged into the socket. So if you're having connection issues, plug your device into the controller before plugging it in! Do not heat reptiles without a thermostat! Very dangerous for you! This is a budget option! Can I recommend, easy to set up and gives you peace of mind!
