I have had this product for a week now and am using it on my large snake. It will not heat up to the desired temperature and will continue to give an error code. This is very frustrating because my animals rely on this heat and if it can't keep them there it will kill my snakes. So it's very frustrating. Edit: I'm giving this a 5 star because of the excellent customer service. A few hours after I wrote the review I received an email from the company which was very respectful. They listened to my complaint and within 3 days my new product was delivered to my door. The product works wonderfully and I am very happy with it. I definitely recommend this product to everyone. Not just because of the product, but more importantly because of the fantastic customer service.
