Century Products has great customer service!

Revain accidentally sent me a Refrigeration Thermostat Regulator instead of a Thermoregulator. But Century Products solved my problem very quickly (I emailed them around midnight and got a response within an hour!) They shipped me the right product the next day! The product works as intended with no complaints, I use it on my leopard gecko and would recommend it to anyone looking for a thermostat for their reptile.
