The customer support is great - even if I am not able to speak german it's always possible by phone or eMail (sometimes they don't respond fast enough). Also their online portal has an option where one could send automatic email notifications which makes life easier sometimes when working from home as well because otherwise there would be no way knowing immediately what needs attention next time I'm at my desk again. It was very easy to set everything up since most options are already available within our current workflow so that wasn't really something new here but rather than have things done manually this made them automated automatically once configured. That saved us tons of manual effort over years. Everything just works now without any hassle anymore while before it took longer everytime adding/removing tasks etcetera due to having different systems doing those jobs instead each other resulting additional costs and errors along the process flow.
