I purchased this heater for a small basement apartment that does not have its own Heating system installed after a recent renovation. The heater is really quite amazing, and for the price is quite the value. The manufacturer recommends heating about 190 to 200 square feet, and I find that leaving this device running for the majority of the day on low will sufficiently heat the place. I also think that in general, the functionality and Wi-Fi connectivity of this device help it rise above the competitors. From the app, which it has a great interface, you're able to connect it to wi-fi, turn it on and off remotely, as well as set schedules. I think setting the schedules is by far the best functionality, since you can just set up a schedule that runs every day and really simplify the need to turn the heater on and off. For someone who is looking to build out a little bit more, you're also able to pair this heater with a Govi thermometer, which allows you to monitor the temperature, as well as automatically shut the heater off once the space you are heating has reached the temperature you set. So realistically, a system like this could replace a dedicated heating system or supplement an existing, out of date, or inefficient one. I definitely recommend this product, as well as it's accompanying thermometer, it's a great way to automate Heating in your home, and using some of the smart features can help you be more energy efficient, save some money, and still enjoy your space as needed.
