The ease of use makes it easy for our customers to perform their business without having to worry about errors or mistakes in data inputting. Customers can easily access all information at one place. This eliminates manual entry which saves time & effort. It also helps us deliver customer service 24/7 regardless where they are across the globe via its web-based application that works seamlessly with mobile devices. There's nothing much I dislike as such but would like more options when uploading documents to be able to upload multiple file types (pdfs etc.). We have been using this product since 2015 till now - still we haven't seen anything new apart from minor enhancements. In terms of accuracy, speed and efficiency, there really isn’t something comparable to compare against merchantplay other than maybe an excel sheet filled manually by someone who knows what he / she is doing? This solution has helped eliminate so many issues related to keeping track of daily sales figures, pricing and invoices The best part about merchantplay is that it has all the tools I need in one place. From point of sale to accounting and customer service. There are some features that can be improved but nothing too major. If your looking for an easy way to manage multiple stores this should be at the top of your list. It's very user friendly and makes running my business so much easier! We have been able to streamline many tasks with merchantsplay including employee scheduling, payroll, reporting etc.
