An absolute waste. in computer headsets

This is a beast. On the one hand, the headset sits very tight on the head and cannot be adjusted to different head sizes. Second, the headphones are very uncomfortable. They are made of metal (good quality but terribly practical) and made in a very bizarre way. They have beveled edges, not curved ones. They supply some very good ear tips for different ear sizes, but even with the deepest sealing tip they still rub against the inside of the ear canal. Third terrible sound. It's muddy with almost no mids. Highs are ok, but the sound is tinny. Bass is missing. To be as accurate as possible they sound like dollar store headphones. Even dollar store headphones will sound a lot better than this unit. Fourth, the microphone. It sits on the corner of your cheek, and honestly, that's probably the best part of this device. Unfortunately, that's terrible too. Now that's not the worst. However, this microphone from Razer should be much better. The mids are okay, the highs are not very good and washed out and the bass is noticeable. They also blurred during playback. Generally yes. Razer has developed a combination of in-ear microphones. Yes, it's good for "headset hairstyles". That doesn't justify the poor quality. I feel like they had an absolutely amazing idea, but they executed it in the worst possible way. Also, I bought mine for $69.99 and now it's $100. Don't waste money, invest in the right in-ear headset.
