I like that you can see all of your feedbacks in one place, which makes it easy to keep track. It's also very user friendly! Sometimes when trying to log into my seller account, there is an error message saying "Invalid Email or Password." This happens every time after about 5 minutes since logging in. If this occurs more than once during any given session with the tool, then just close out completely because sometimes if something does not work right away, but later works fine again (like emailing someone), so try using another browser too as well. Just make sure nothing else has been changed recently by other programs/browser tabs etc., otherwise everything will be reset back to default for future sessions. Also, don't forget to delete cookies before closing down each session. You'll have no problems at first until you start getting frequent errors while attempting to login. Then eventually things won't seem.
