This kit isn't competitive at all, CCA wire which means the actual stranded wire is aluminum which we all know isn't as conductive as copper. . Aluminum dissipates heat quickly and conducts heat better than standard steel. Aluminum is also not as reactive as copper, so it will resist corrosion better over time. These are true 4 gauge wires, meaning lots of metal and little rubber. You can't get a better cable for the money. The speaker cable works well for low power setups, it is 12 gauge so not suitable for a true 2-3kW system. For 800-1200 watts this will work fine. In summary, this note is for people building real systems: a 5kW amp you buy for $120 will no longer put out 5kW, e.g. B. 800-1200W if you are lucky. not the best, but with a little work they will do fine. A 120w fuse, if you let it blow in your system you will either have to invest more in the wiring or find a short. RCA cables are fairly common, but I haven't had any issues with distortion.
