After several hours trying to clean the grill area on my Wolf cooktop with no success I called their customer service and they recommended this product. This stuff is absolute magic. You heat the pan, pour over one of the pouches (I only had to use half), wipe it down with the included cleaning pad, then wipe it down. It does mean applying some pressure to clean the pan, but I barely pressed and my pan looks brand new again. So happy with this product, I only wish I had known a few months ago and saved me a lot of time and effort!
