Review on Sinequa by Mark Bearden

We use this software as part of our business process management system which allows us to control what is happening at each step in every transaction with customers/vendors or internal processes. This has been very helpful over recent years we have adopted more automated systems through workflows where you can enter details into one screen then move them along in sequence until they are processed completely before moving onto another task using similar steps again. There isn't anything I dislike about it but if there was i would say its that when looking up something specific it does take some time to pull all relevant options back so may not be available instantly - however once found it generally works well enough.
