The player has become noticeably slower. We sent the item in for service as instructed and paid a substantial shipping fee to get it there. We called to check it two months later and the person on the phone said there was a problem with the payment(?) and they would send it back. Two weeks later no player. I'm filing a complaint against Pyle Audio Company. Too bad I didn't read all the reviews about slowness. This thing cost me over $175 and we didn't even get our broken unit back! They are exactly "bunch".
