The air cooler works much better than I had hoped. I can go beyond overclocking my Ryzen CPU and it keeps my CPU from overheating. Ryzen 5 2400G @3.95 GHz (dedicated GPU installed) runs at 30-35 degrees idle, 65-70 degrees full load after 5 minutes. I can get up to 4GHz and it still runs great, but I need to increase the voltage to a level that I don't like (CPU related). It's not all rainbows. The base is narrow. It doesn't cover the entire CPU range but aims to cover the area where it is needed the most. When installing, you need to return to the motherboard to ensure the back panel does not fall off. Gap. Make sure it fits. The thing is gigantic. Last but not least, make sure the fans are set to push-pull. I routed the cables under the heatsink so they were barely visible from the case window. I like this processor and this brand. I will definitely be buying one for each of my future builds. The difference to the series cooler is enormous.
