I like that it's very customizable as well! Very easy to train staff new or old users of such things (it definitely is not for those who are used to other systems).

The user interface has become pretty dated looking now in its newest iteration - but maybe this makes sense considering how many updates have been made lately?!? It can be complicated at first; however once you get use too it starts making more efficient workflows easier by just clicking away without having lots o do manually!! I love how easy it is to use! It's very customizable so you can make your own templates for each department if needed or just stick in what works best without having too many options that could confuse someone who doesn't know anything about programing (like myself). We have found out some bugs but they seem like minor things compared to all of its benefits we are seeing already as far as our customers liking us more since using this software rather than paper orders/invoices etc..
