This is a great carrier at an affordable price. I did a lot of research before ordering this one. Set up was very quick, took no more than 5 minutes. However, it is not the best product for heavy animals. My cat is 8 pounds and has a sagging butt. This was the only negative I can say about the carrier. I ordered it for a long trip and it fits comfortably in the back seat of my sports car. I bought a small Pureness litter box to go in and it fits perfectly. She had enough space to get up, move around and take a nap. For the price you can't beat it. However, as I said before, I don't think the 20-25 pound limit is a good guideline. I would look for a different carrier if your pet is in that weight range.
