Review on Dockmasters by Sean Maples

I love how easy it is to use, you can do just about anything with this app from booking equipment or materials all through subcontractors! It's also pretty much self-service so there are no middle men which makes everything run smoother than other companies who have more people in between us as clients/customers. The only thing i dislike right now would be their customer support team (I've had issues before getting an answer). They're great though when they respond quickly once we get things sorted out ourselves. We used dockmaster for our general contractor services but not specifically sub contractors yet because of what was said above regarding user interface design etc.. If your looking into using them then make sure u know exactly what kind of service ur going after first otherwise its very confusing trying to find someone within the platform if the type of work isn't listed at top level like "general" ect...
