Review on Matfer Bourgeat Nylon Dough 🍰 Scraper for Efficient Scrapping and Baking by Rachel Ford

saw this in a review on youtube and read all the comments here and was dying to buy for me and my wife ( we are both professional cooks ) if it honestly does what needs to be done but I believe there is no need to exaggerate views. I have seen scrapers of better or equal quality but four times cheaper. By the way, because of the opaque color, it is not found on a cutting board. At least they can provide other visible color options.
