Review on 🌞 WhitePoplar® Spectrum Therapy Sunlight: Enhanced Dimmable Solution by Andrea Sloan

They are good if you want to stimulate sunlight. They are somewhat bluish. I've also bought some very expensive, high-quality, full-spectrum bulbs from a specialty shop and prefer these (which I think fill the yellow-green gap that WhitePoplars lacks). Both sets are 5000K models. I use them for a windowless basement office where I spend all day, so I'm willing to pay for the best. If you're looking for occasional use I can recommend these cheap bulbs, but if you're going to be under them all day every day I'd look elsewhere. "You get what you pay for" is true in this case.
