Review on Stainless Cooling Silicone Parchment Dishwasher by Matt Eason

I bought these for my daughter and they are the same quality as the ones I bought at a restaurant supply store for $10 each. The bonus is that they come with a silpat that usually costs around $20 or more. And the wire racks are about $10 each too. Then parchment paper. I buy 30 small sheets at the grocery store for $7 because I can't afford a roll of parchment paper for $12. These are full size sheets of paper. So, for the price of $24 (tax included), I got the item for $72. And it was a nice present. I'm considering giving it as a Christmas present.
