Stainless Cooling Silicone Parchment Dishwasher Review

These trays are exactly what I needed because they contain refrigerated shelves! Finally able to cool my cookies like I should. These pans are beautifully made from stainless steel, my cookies came out delicious and baked just right. As a bonus you will receive 60 sheets of parchment paper.

This pan warped on first use and the oven was only at 325. Also there are absolutely no markings on the pan to indicate where it was made became what it consists of or what it consists of. I thought these were the basic requirements for legally selling any product in the United States. Very disappointed.

These sheets were exactly what I was looking for. I've used them for basic cooking so I don't know about the shelf life. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they only give you a silicone sheet. The description says you only get one, but it would be great if you could add another for the second sheet.

These pans are perfect for making jelly rolls or frying bacon with the included drying rack. They have a mirror finish until you use them - unless you use a silicone baking sheet, and they'll keep that mirror finish longer. They are smaller than the other set I have but now I can put them side by side in the oven. They also have a higher rim so I can line them completely with parchment paper and make lemon squares and they turn out really nice.

First of all it's about 1/2-1 inch shorter than all my other pans but not counting the storage space where I now have to put it on top of all my other ones it does NOT have a lot of values. They are VERY well made, sturdy and I expect them to be around for a long time. But what's up? Two molds, two cooling racks, silicone pad and 50 sheets of parchment paper. SOMEWHERE you will not be able to make such a deal. SOMEWHERE. Stop wasting your time reading reviews, go and buy it now!

I bought these for my daughter and they are the same quality as the ones I bought at a restaurant supply store for $10 each. The bonus is that they come with a silpat that usually costs around $20 or more. And the wire racks are about $10 each too. Then parchment paper. I'm SO disappointed. I bought them for 3 reasons. I wanted the trays to be non-deformable (80%) and dishwasher safe (15%) and I preferred to avoid aluminum (5%). Stupid I thought when they said they were stainless steel and durable I thought that meant they didn't warp.
