Review on Stainless Cooling Silicone Parchment Dishwasher by Gary Lucas

I'm SO disappointed. I bought them for 3 reasons. I wanted the trays to be non-deformable (80%) and dishwasher safe (15%) and I preferred to avoid aluminum (5%). Stupid I thought when they said they were stainless steel and durable I thought that meant they didn't warp. Unfortunately this was not the case and when I looked at the description where I thought they would not warp they were only described as 'durable'. As such I cannot return them due to an inaccurate description and whilst I consider them defective I do not believe they meet Revane's definition of 'defective' as technically they can be baked. But DO NOT use them under the cake or you will regret it! Now I have to part with these pans, as well as my old ones that I wanted to replace because they warped too.
