I bought this flashlight for the easy to install gauges and highviz capability. I installed the seatpost mount correctly. At the same time, I thought that this fastening system was not that reliable. Then I turned on the light. While driving, the flashlight fell out of its holder and disappeared. I sent pictures to the company to show them the o-ring was defective and asked for it to be replaced. I was told it was impossible. I could lie and put the o-ring on before taking the picture. However, I wanted to show the company what really happened. To be honest and to help the company fix a faulty assembly system, I came across a defensive and unhelpful customer service representative.
