installed my 5.4 liter V8, 2003 Ford F150 got rid of my engine stuttering

Bought a used 2003 Ford F150 with a 5.4 liter V8. The car began to twitch at a speed of 40-50 km / h. I looked at the gearbox, changed the spark plugs, nothing helped. These coil packs were used to replace existing coil packs and the issue has been resolved.
