Excellent customer service but product production issues
Customer service is great. I received a curved tablespoon/teaspoon and they sent me another one. However, this one had noticeable dark scratches on the steel which are definitely scratches because they don't come off and I can feel them when I run my finger over them. The product has a great design and the steel looks high quality, but there are definitely problems with the production. I hope they fix this because they have exemplary customer service.
