Review on LANNEY by Mitch Warner

I must admit that my experience purchasing at LANNEY was truly appalling. To put it mildly, the quality of the pet products was poor. Even though I followed their size recommendations, the dog collar I ordered didn't fit my dog correctly, which was a real bonehead decision on my behalf. When I contacted their customer support, I received a response that would have made a dog more reluctant to take a bath. The shipment was a complete disaster as well. My purchase took so long to come that I began to suspect it might have become disoriented while pursuing a squirrel. When it did eventually arrive, I was furious with the products' subpar quality. I would award LANNEY a big tail wag of disappointment and a two paws down. I won't use this store again when I need to buy pet products in the future. It's unfortunate because I had hoped to offer them a positive review; instead, I have a doggy bag of regrets.
