I wanted to replace my PC speakers that I have used on several PCs over the years. After reading all the reviews it seemed like they would be a good replacement. Unfortunately I was very disappointed after connecting. At maximum volume, the quality and volume of the speakers is about 1/10 of the old speakers I replaced. For me they don't do what I want (play video games, play youtube videos, watch prime videos or even music). I don't keep them to myself - they came back this morning. I leave the old speakers for now. Who would have thought that 30 year old AST speakers would outperform these new speakers.
