A good corkscrew and bottle opener doesn't have to be fancy. But this one isn't. But very good at what he has to do. Opening beer bottles is easy enough, they burst instantly. This opener doesn't slip like my old one. The corkscrew enters easily, gently and directly. And the lever is enough to pull out the cork. What I like about this corkscrew is that it's covered in a thin layer of rubber. This creates a comfortable feel and improves grip, which is especially nice in wet conditions. Recommended.
