Easy to use. best bar and wine tools

I bought this to replace the one I had (different brand) because the plastic liner kept falling out or stuck to the neck of the wine bottle. After a while he did the same. I assume this is common to all. I like the handles that give me a lot of leverage to pull out the plugs.

Pros
  • looks good
Cons
  • some imperfections

Definitely works

This corkscrew won't impress anyone at a loud party, but it will get you the cork out of the bottle. I bought this to assemble my camper trailer and it works much better and easier than a drywall screw and pliers (don't laugh - I've done this before as a last resort).

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not sure

The goods were not sent as in the photo

The corkscrew is good at a low price. But be careful, the product shown in the photo is not what was delivered. There is no jackknife in what I received; Instead, it contains a small, recessed razor blade for cutting the foil on a wine bottle. Easier to cut your finger and useless if you want a real knife.

Pros
  • Not cheap, but neat
Cons
  • Nothing

SMART DESIGN: kitchen utensils and gadgets

This corkscrew has the advantage of being in the middle, which makes it easier to center the cork. This requires guesswork as to where to put the screw. While it may seem cheap, we've probably pulled a hundred plugs with it with no problems. This item is now in our grocery store as a "discontinued item". So I picked up a few more for about six dollars each.

Pros
  • Worth the money
Cons
  • It's OK

Simple and effective.

A good corkscrew and bottle opener doesn't have to be fancy. But this one isn't. But very good at what he has to do. Opening beer bottles is easy enough, they burst instantly. This opener doesn't slip like my old one. The corkscrew enters easily, gently and directly. And the lever is enough to pull out the cork. What I like about this corkscrew is that it's covered in a thin layer of rubber. This creates a comfortable feel and improves grip, which is especially nice in wet conditions…

You need this

The best part is the snail, which is *milled* from a single piece of steel and has a perfectly centered tip. Much better than bent wire drill bits that always break where they attach to the center shaft. My only complaint is that the top handle isn't very handy for the final pull out of the cork. However, this is by far the best of all similar designs I've tried and there are quite a few of them. You could easily pay twice as much for a product that works half as well, but who wants that?

Pros
  • Nice thing
Cons
  • I don't remember, but there was something

What a scam. The item pictured is NOT what you will receive. There is no fold-out foil cutter. What you get is a confusing, useless little round thing embedded in the side of the wine key. I work in the service industry and use wine keys every day, and it took me about five minutes to figure out where the heck that 'foil cutter' was. I assume the intent is to cut the foil more cleanly around the rim of the bottle, but in practice this is completely useless, especially if you need to remove the…
