If I couldn't put a star, I would. Carpet was late first, although everyone said he would be on time. Now to the carpet. The carpet was extremely soft and thick. Unpacked, odorless, as in the photo. Was super super excited. We moved into a newly built house. Within DAYS it got dirty and kept getting worse. Mind you, we are empty nesters who carry no shows indoors and have no animals. It was a brand new house that we bought and moved into. Also due to Covid we had no guests. That's from both of us, the windows are closed, house slippers are always left. I have no explanation for it being dirty, but this carpet is awful. I clean regularly, no whisk, no fans blowing dust. Just a terrible carpet. So incredibly disappointed I can't even put it into words. And now that I think about it, we made a conscious decision to go with a well-known brand because we were trying to spend money wisely because everything is fine with the work. And from NULUM. That should never have happened. I will not shop here again. Terribly terrible carpet and experience. I didn't expect a white carpet to last 20 years, but I had every right to wait at least a few months before any sign of grime starts to accumulate in our lifestyle. Now it's an oddly fuzzy shade of gray, and it's only been since September! Ridiculous!
