Received the product and overall I am impressed but about 1/3 of the tools are not secured in the plastic case. Too bad the tools, pliers, blades and measuring tool fall out every time I open the case. It may seem finicky but the reason I buy a kit is to keep everything in one place and secure where everything is in its place. I ordered another device from another Chinese company hoping their case was more reliable. I will most likely be returning this unit due to a fall issue as I have had too many kits that do not hold up over time and they initially worked. This one is wrong from the start.
