
So far, so good. I use this pan for searing meat, back frying, reheating pizza, cooking melted tuna, toasting bread - you name it, I've used it for that. Easy to clean and durable. Cast iron is good because it distributes heat evenly. Comes with a nifty lifting handle to lift the pan while it's hot and a wooden stand that absorbs heat well so it can be safely placed on the table without damaging the table.
