🍕 11-inch Round Cast Iron Set with Rubber Wood Underliner for Pizza & Sizzling Meat Review

So far, so good. I use this pan for searing meat, back frying, reheating pizza, cooking melted tuna, toasting bread - you name it, I've used it for that. Easy to clean and durable. Cast iron is good because it distributes heat evenly. Comes with a nifty lifting handle to lift the pan while it's hot and a wooden stand that absorbs heat well so it can be safely placed on the table without damaging the table.

I bought this with Jim Beam Round Cast Iron Grid to use in my Nuwave Elite oven. This grate fits on top of the grill but elevates food so nothing like steak, chicken or fish is cooked. When heated to a high temperature, it dries out food and leaves marks from the grill. Anyone familiar with the Nuwave Elite knows that it works like an air fryer. Adding this allows me to get the grilled effect in my Nuwave. If I want, I can also use it on the stove. So yeah I'm happy.

I bought it in May and used it several times a week for many different dishes. Anything from pizza to fish to frying veggies in my ninja deep fryer. I love it! I bought it specifically for the size and the fact that it's cast iron. Now I'm wondering if it really is cast iron because it started peeling this week. I've had several cast iron skillets over the years and none were this hot. He has a disguise I guess. I'll try to remove it and season it properly. However, this is frustrating. Update…
