Review on 17 oz Clear Glass Olive Oil and Vinegar Dispenser Set - No Drip Double Pourer Spout Stoppers and Stainless Steel Holder Stand - Kitchen Dispensing Cruets - White by Ashwin Drollinger

I've had this cookware for a little over a year and my only previous complaint was that the spouts weren't covered. When I recently refilled the bottle with vinegar, I was dismayed to find that the rubber stopper had stretched and deformed so much that it could no longer fit back into the neck of the bottle. Not sure if the acidic environment of the vinegar caused this problem as the oil bottle didn't have this problem but thought I'd write to Vremi customer service to report it and see if they can help. I was expecting that they might send me a new cork, but they surprised me by sending me a whole new set (bottles, corks and holder stand) straight away! , Vremi stands behind its products and wants its customers to be satisfied. The support response was quick, friendly and interested. She also assured me that this issue was unacceptable and would be raised with her QA department to ensure it doesn't happen to any other customer. Otherwise I am satisfied with this set and very well suited for my purposes. My only other complaint, and the reason I am giving this product 4 stars instead of 5, is that the holes on the spout are completely exposed. They don't come with a lid like I've seen with other similar dispensers. I was worried about fruit flies getting into the vinegar, so I ended up buying small corks to seal the spouts. One day my husband and I went to Ace Hardware and saw that they had small tapered plugs in the mass cap area, so I bought a couple of 1/4" and 3/8" sizes to accommodate the different sized holes to fit on both sides. Grommet.
