I bought a pair for me and my wife to use on the side rather than carry my phones around from time to time. This speaker is great if you're in a small space or in water and don't want your phone to get wet. This speaker is great if you want the volume to be loud for your private listening in a large room without disturbing the other people around you: note when I say that the speakers are loud, but they will don't explode if you walk on it way. I took these speakers to Santa Cruz Beach to try them out. I could hear the speakers, but they weren't loud enough to drown out the ocean waves. My speakers on my wife's Moto G7 Power and Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge are just as loud as these speakers, but the sound quality on these portable speakers is much better and I can get wet in the sea without worrying that my phones will be damaged get wet so I was okay with volume in response. I would recommend these speakers for their sound quality if you are using them indoors in a small room or for a laptop. If you're looking for outdoor use, if you want these speakers to play loud music in your personal 5-foot bubble, then these speakers are great. If you're looking to use these speakers for others to hear, you might want to look at other products.
