There are better options than this mount.

Instructions are unclear and only in Chinese. Luckily, the mount is light enough that you can just throw it up. I was also missing washers and a screw, so I had to use the ones I had on hand. It rotates 360 degrees and seems sturdy enough for a 32-inch TV, but I'm not sure it'll hold up more than that.
