100% satisfied with this product. I was using an old used LG TV as a second monitor for my laptop and eventually decided to replace it. Not only is it a great monitor, but it doubles as a docking station/USB hub. I have a dock but it's small so this feature helps too. My desk is a lot cleaner because I was able to fit most of my USB drives behind the screen so I could put other things on the desk. The monitor also has a USB charging port on the side, which is handy for charging my wireless headphones. The monitor itself is great, no setup required, turns on as soon as I open my laptop. Since I have a 4K laptop, I wanted a higher resolution screen, but I didn't want to pay $500 for it, so it's a great value for me. Movies look good on it, I play games on it too and it's good too, no worries about lag or refresh rate, I play DMC 5 on it with no issues. I've heard some people complain that the buttons are hard to press, which is sort of true, but you might touch them once and the power button is larger, so I wouldn't categorize that as a downside. Overall I would say this is the best value for money you can find.
