I replaced the router with a dual-band Connectize G 6 and immediately noticed that both the speed and the range had increased noticeably. It's more efficient, has a longer range and is less susceptible to interference from other devices. The benefits I noticed were greater at 5Hz, and I also noticed that when 2.5GHz is not in the provided range, 2.4GHz is automatically selected. I have a smart home. Dual-band routers are also more expensive than single-band routers. Given the variety of devices, this made a big difference, and dual band helped older devices that used the 2.4GHz frequency. It might be a bit more expensive, but I'm thrilled with the benefits. Easy to set up. Just a footnote: remember that changing your router means you have to reconfigure all of your devices. Excellent purchase.
