I have a 4th Gen Echo Dot - it looks almost exactly like the 4th Gen Echo with the only difference . The notable difference is that the point has no screw space in the base. Unfortunately, this means that most mounts for the 4th Gen Echo Dot ruin the Dot aesthetic by relying on grips or stands to mount it, and most of them dim the Alexa glow or reveal the clock in the wrong direction. I wanted something sleek and simple and figured I could make it work. The mount itself is simple and easy to install, made of quality materials, and looks nice and heavy. It's safe and doesn't take up much wall space. When installed it looks great and basically hides behind my dot so you don't see it when installed. The screw base wasn't an issue as we had multiple command bars and ended up using them to attach our Echo Dot 4's base to the mount, and since the base was wide enough to hold our Echo Dot without the command bars, it feels pretty sure. I'd be more concerned if it were in a high traffic area, but where we currently have our Echo Dot, it's very unlikely someone would trip over it and tamper with the command strips, so it's looking pretty reliable.
