It's worth what you paid!
People complain it's not great craftsmenship or durable or engraving fades, leather fades. It's a $12 dollar personalized collar. What do you expect? It'll last the dogs entire life? I've got a Morkie so he's very small and doesn't get rough or do anything that'd cause wear and tare. Stop complaining. It's as good as it could possibly be for a personalized leather collar for under $15. I'll keep buying again and again but I don't expect I'll ever need to.
