Review on Aqualon RAQUA 201 Langnickel Filbert 5 Piece by Lori Aguirre

I was so excited about these Wisp brushes that I tested them on my painting as soon as they arrived. The fact that they are angular really helps with creating curves etc. I've been drawing a lot of animals lately and the wisp brush helps save time instead of creating individual dash lines, although this is sometimes necessary to get realistic looking fur to create. To create plumage with one stroke on different parts of the animal's body. The 1/8 inch brush is perfect for painting hair/fur onto an animal's face and I've been looking for this size for a long time. I was concerned that these brushes are suitable for acrylic and watercolor painting and as an oil painter I was afraid that they would be too soft. It's very hard to find specialty brushes for working with oil, so I decided to try these as an alternative and they worked great! Brush tip into paint so you don't get too much paint to clog between columns, making it useless to make individual strokes. Bristles hold color well. i think it would be the same application method for acrylics but i have never used this medium i am just guessing. revain no longer have those square brushes I must have bought the last set but the straight or hazel styles work just as well.
